Pool Rule Reminders

Please be advised that the HOA board is responsible for protecting the HOA’s resources and maintains collective discretion over pool privilege allowance and restriction. Greetings Homeowner(s)

Please be advised that the HOA board is responsible for protecting the HOA’s resources and maintains collective discretion over pool privilege allowance and restriction. Anyone determined to be vandalizing HOA property or not following the rules may have their household’s pool access restricted.

Things to remember:

• Do not let anyone who does not have their pool fob into the pool area. The pool is for residents only. Residents are only allowed two (2) guests per household.
• If your pool fob is not working, please contact poolkeys@legacysouthwestpm.com
• Do not allow anyone to follow you in the gate at the pool. We need to be able to keep track of who enters so those who aren’t residents or not current on dues do not get access.
• Remember to clean up after yourself and your children when visiting the pool. We have found things such as towels, bottles, empty drink cups, socks, and toys. This is a community area that needs to be kept clean. Thanks for your support!
• Absolutely no alcohol is allowed.
• Members are authorized to expel any person(s) due to disruptive behavior, being underage or lack of an adult member present.

Sunday: 10:00am -8:00pm
Monday: 10:00am -8:00pm
Tuesday: 10:00am -8:00pm
Wednesday: 10:00am -8:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am -8:00pm
Friday: 10:00am -8:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am -8:00pm
