2024 Pool Season

Let the countdown begin! We are just a few days away from the 2024 pool season.

Whether you’re a new resident or have been with us for some time; if you require your pool access cards; please reach out to poolkeys@legacysouthwestpm.com promptly to ensure uninterrupted access to the pool.

Additionally, we want to inform the community that accounts with outstanding assessments will face restrictions. We kindly urge property owners to settle any unsettled balances to prevent disruptions during pool season. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Pool Hours: Monday through Sunday 10am-8pm

During the weekdays (Mon-Thurs) the pool will be under the supervision of a pool monitor from 3pm-close, and on weekends (Fri-Sun) 10am-8pm.

We kindly ask residents and their guests to adhere to the pool rules diligently. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the pool area to ensure the safety of all residents.

Residents aged 18 and above are welcome to bring up to two guests per visit; provided the accompany their guests throughout the duration of their stay. Failure to comply with this policy may result in temporary access restrictions.
