Fence Reminders

Due to some of the fences in the community being damaged due to the storm, the HOA would like to inform residents of the process regarding fence replacements.

Fence Reminders:

• If the fence will be installed to original condition of the previous fence you will not need to submit an acc request for the repair; however, if you are planning to make modifications to the fence or stain you will need to submit an acc request.
• If the fence affected is a shared fence you will need to consult with your neighbor regarding the repair. Please refer to section 2.21 of the governing documents.
