Welcoming a Season of Fresh Starts and Community Fun!
Greetings Highbridge Residents,
Spring is officially here, and with it comes warmer weather, blooming flowers, and the perfect opportunity to refresh and reset around the community. We’re excited for all that this season brings and want to share a few friendly reminders and updates with you.
Maintenance Reminders
Let’s work together to keep Highbridge looking beautiful! Please remember to:
• Treat your lawns for weeds to help maintain curb appeal across the community.
• Ensure grass is regularly mowed and edged, especially along sidewalks and property lines.
A well-kept yard contributes to the overall aesthetic and pride of our neighborhood—thank you for doing your part!
• Keep outside of home free of clutter and debris.
• Trash can should not be stored outside of the home unless on the designated trash collection day.
• Customary seasonal decorations for holidays shall be removed within thirty (30) days of the applicable holiday.
• Prior to any exterior or landscape modification to your home, please submit and acc request for approval
Safety First – Please Watch Your Speed
As more residents are out walking, biking, and enjoying the outdoors, we kindly remind everyone to observe all posted speed limits and drive with caution throughout the neighborhood. Let’s keep our streets safe for everyone, especially children and pets.
Be a Good Neighbor – Noise Courtesy
With the change in weather and more time spent outdoors, please be mindful of noise levels—especially during early morning or late evening hours. Whether you’re enjoying music, working on home projects, or entertaining guests, let’s all be considerate of those around us.
