Reservation System

We’re excited to announce that the Board of Directors has implemented a new pool reservation system for hosting private pool parties at the community pool. Homeowners can now book parties under the following guidelines:
Pool Party Booking PolicyPool parties may be booked for a 2-hour duration at a rate of $300. Please review the breakdown below:
• $150 of the $300 is non-refundable, serving as the reservation fee.
• An additional $100 clean-up fee is required at the time of booking.
The $100 clean-up fee is refundable only if the pool area is fully cleaned and returned to its original state after the event.
If the area is not properly cleaned, the clean-up fee will not be refunded, and the HOA will retain a total of $400 for the event.
Reservation Schedule• Pool parties can be scheduled during the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month
• Reservations are available Sunday through Sunday
• Available time slots:
o 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
o 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Reservation Process:Homeowners may utilize the new reservation system to schedule their event.
Please note: All reservations must be approved by the Board and Management prior to confirmation.
Once your event is approved, you will have 48 hours to submit all reservation and clean-up fees.
If payment is not received within 48 hours of confirmation, the event will be canceled and the time slot reopened.
